With Riley’s mouth fused to his and her legs wrapped around his waist, Nick decided there was no point in hitting pause just to waste all that time returning to their bedroom.

“We’re. Not. Doing. It. In. The. Kitchen,” she said between kisses.

He pulled back. “Are you sure you’re not psychic right now?”

“Very funny. But we have guests who could come downstairs for a post-coital snack at any second now,” she pointed out.

“I hate having guests,” he muttered just before sucking her earlobe between his lips.

She shivered against him. “It’s a big house. I’m sure we can find a place to get naked without interruption.”

“That’s the spirit,” he said, lifting her off the counter.
